FOR THE SEMIFINALS OF
TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL 2026
1. TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL organises an online public vote to give female and male contestants the opportunity to win a place in the
TMI 2026 World Final in Monaco. Once voting has closed, the TMI 2026 Jury will select 5 female and 5 male contestants per category from
the top 10 female and top 10 male contestants in each category, qualifying them directly for the World Final in Monaco.
2. Voting opens on THURSDAY 10 SEPTEMBER 2026 on the official Top Model International 2026 website:

3. Taking part in the vote implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Anyone wishing to support a female or male contestant taking part in Top Model International 2026 may vote for the contestant of their
choice using the paid voting system available on the official TMI 2026 website

4. Votes are subject to a charge. Several pricing options are available, with decreasing rates according to the number of votes cast in a
single transaction. Voting is only available on the website: WWW.TOPMODELINTERNATIONAL.COM Only the payment methods offered on
the official website are accepted.
5. Voting is available worldwide on WWW.TOPMODELINTERNATIONAL.COM, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Top Model
International cannot be held liable if one or more participants are unable to submit their votes through the website due to any technical
issue or any issue relating to Internet coverage, network congestion, network or website maintenance, human error, technical failure,
malicious interference, software or computer hardware malfunction affecting the receipt of votes, any total or partial disruption beyond
the control of Top Model International, or any other type of malfunction not listed above.
Top Model International undertakes to use all means at its disposal to ensure access to voting and to attempt to remedy any technical
fault as quickly as possible, without being subject to an obligation to achieve a specific result.
6. After the ONLINE PUBLIC VOTE closes at midnight on 21 SEPTEMBER 2026, the TMI 2026 Jury will select 5 female and 5 male contestants
per category from the top 10 female and top 10 male contestants in each category, qualifying them directly for the Top Model
International 2026 World Final in Monaco.
7. Top Model International reserves the right, for any reason, to shorten, modify, extend, suspend or cancel the vote without incurring any
liability as a result. No compensation may be claimed for any change to the vote by voters, Top Model International contestants or any
other person, whether or not connected with the event.
8. Votes are received by VIP EVENTS SAINT‐TROPEZ EURL, located in Sainte‐Maxime, France.
9. Voters are responsible for the information they provide to Top Model International.
Top Model International cannot be held liable for any possible leak of this data during transmission.
Likewise, Top Model International cannot be held liable for an Internet outage attributable to the service provider or the website's
webmaster, or for any hacking incident and its possible consequences.
10. These rules may be amended at any time and without prior notice, without granting voters any specific rights. As taking part in the
vote implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, no appeal or claim concerning the method used to select the winners may be
made by voters, Top Model International contestants or any other person, whether or not connected with the event.
11. Any dispute or challenge concerning the receipt and counting of public votes for Top Model International shall be brought before the
courts of Paris.
